Every city with its own security screen door page on this site is listed below, in two groups: the 15 cities served from Modesto and the 14 served from Sacramento. Find your city in its group and open it. That page carries the phone number for the location that covers it, so you reach the right one without working out which is nearer.
If your city is not in either group, call 866-467-6527 and ask. The two groups are the cities with a page here today, which is not the same thing as the edge of where we work.

Which location covers your city
The cities above are split between two locations, and the split is set for each city rather than worked out from distance. Modesto covers 15 of them, including Antioch, Brentwood and Discovery Bay. Sacramento covers the other 14, including Antelope, Carmichael and Citrus Heights. Two neighboring towns can sit in different groups, so it is worth reading the group heading your city sits under rather than assuming.
Open your city and use the number on that page. The phone number, opening hours and email address shown there belong to the location serving your city. Starting from your own city page is a shorter route than starting here, and it is the route to use if you already know your city is listed.
If your city is not listed
A city missing from the list is a question, not a no. This page shows the cities that have a page of their own, and that is all it shows — we have not drawn an outer limit on it, and we are not going to imply one. So if you do not see your town, or you are on the far side of a town that is listed, call and give your address rather than guessing from the groups above.
Two things are worth asking on that call. First, whether your address is covered, which is a different question from whether your city appears here. Second, which of the two locations would handle it, because that decides the number you use from then on. If you are close to the edge between two listed cities, say so — the answer depends on the address, not on the nearest name in the list.
Reading the map
The map above is there for orientation. It shows roughly where the two locations sit relative to the cities they cover, which helps if you are not sure which part of the region you are in. Treat it as a picture of the area, not as a boundary: it does not trace a service limit, and being inside or outside any shape on it does not settle whether we can reach a given address. The list and a phone call settle that.
